> the Chamber's HOLLYWOOD word/design marks. City/FilmLA/Park permits
> govern where a crew stands. They are not a Chamber image license.

Do not conflate: (1) Park access, (2) FilmLA production permits,
(3) Chamber merchandise-brand trademarks. Only (1) and (2) are
government filming requirements.
